Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire had made on a budget of $135-150 million. Its dominated the box office with impressive success. Now As part of the MonsterVerse, The New Empire marks the 38th entry in the Godzilla franchise and the 13th entry in the King Kong franchise. Since its debut on March 29, its caught the eye, gaining a substantial amount of over $80 million on its opening day and its collected worldwide $194 million on Its third day. Popularity lasted INR 100 crore in India at the end of the second week and became one of the highest-grossing films of 2024 in the world. 

During its 16 days at the box office, the film achieve a solid performance with earning estimated INR 100 crore in Indian box office across all languages. Adam Wingard returns to direct "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire" after directing "Godzilla vs. Kong," (2021) with a returning cast including franchise newcomers Rebecca Hall, Dan Stevens, Brian Tyree Henry, Kaylee Hottle and Fala Chen. These brutal human scientists and fanatics are traveling the world when two eponymous monsters emerge from the Hollow Earth and form a reluctant partnership to battle equally massive enemies threatening humanity.
