Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was scheduled to release on Eid, enjoying the biggest celebration at the box office. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is an action thriller which the most watched genre by filmmakers in India. The film was made on a total budget of INR 350 crores and fans were expecting a spectacular show. Unfortunately, the pre-release hype wasn't up to par and word of mouth was mixed upon release.
According to a press release issued by the film's team, Eid grossed a little over INR 33 crore worldwide on the first day of its release. The action drama raised INR 55 crore at the worldwide box office in two days. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan grossed INR 7.00 crore across all languages on its second day in India. The total collection is around INR 22.65 crore, According to a press release shared by the production house, the film grossed a total of INR 55.14 crore worldwide on its second day. Reportedly, the film has already earned INR 1.82 crore in advance bookings, with a major share coming from the Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi and Karnataka markets.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, who have a fame of Sultan and Bharat film and produced by Pooja Entertainment in association with AAZ Films. The film sees Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff performing deadly stunts, they play two elite soldiers who embark on a mission to recover a stolen AI weapon. Salaar fame actor Prithiviraj Sukumaran played the antagonist Kabir in the film. The film also stars Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, and Sonakshi Sinha also had a special appearance role.
The film has been released in multiple languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Its clash at the box office with Ajay Devgn's starrer 'Maidaan.'
