Ranbir Kapoor interacted with his fans in a Zoom session and spoke about taking a long break from acting to spend time with his daughter Raha Kapoor. He also said that Alia Bhatt will be busy shooting for her upcoming film 'Jigra' and he will stay at home with Raha Kapoor.
Ranbir Kapoor revealed that he has not committed to any film after Animal as he will devote his time to daughter Raha Kapoor. He said he took a long break and according to his plan he would stay at home for 5-6 months. He says when Raha Kapoor was born, he was busy to shooting for Animal and couldn't give time to her daughter. Now he want to spend time with Raha Kapoor.
He also shared that he wanted to take paternity leave and got it at the right time as Raha Kapoor is very expressive now. "She crawls and she gives so much love and tries to talk like Pa and Ma. It's a beautiful moment to be with her, and I will cherish it forever." He also gave update about Alia Bhatt, saying that his wife will be busy shooting for director Vasan Bala's Jigra, which means he will staying at home and take care for daughter Raha Kapoor.
Ranbir Kapoor's Statement About 'Brahmastra 2'
Ranbir Kapoor stated about 'Brahmastra 2' that the film was very difficult to write and they were still working on it. "It was last week, when Ayan Mukerji described the film to me and it is 10 times bigger than the first part, his thinking, his concept, the characters. Now he is working on 'War 2'. So the plan is by mid of the next year to finish shooting for War 2 and hopefully start shooting for Brahmastra 2 by the end of next year or early 2025.
