The Flash movie is built with an tragic storyline. The tragedy of Barry Allen's (Ezra Miller) mother Nora Allen (Maribel Verdú) being murdered, and his father Henry (Ron Livingston) accidently blame by his mother's death, and imprisoned. Barry Allen trying to fix that tragedy, he wants his mother back and he want to prove that his father is not responsible for his mother's death. By his superspeed he can do time travel, he talk about the matter with Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck), but Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) say to him not to do this, if he do this he can destroy the whole universe.
After that, Barry Allen do time travel for go to the past and save his mom with fix everything. Barry Allen ends up all of reality and creating a world where his mom is alive. Billion of people face a possible death sentence when Kryptonian General Zod arrive on Earth with his Kryptonian invaders, and there is no Superman on Earth. The entire world out of crisis and restoring the timeline was not easy for Barry Allen. He met another Barry Allen on that Earth, and he lost his power on another Barry Allen. They find solution for how to go back to the future, and both Barry Allen go to a mysterious house to fix Barry Allen's superpower, and they meet Batman (Michael Keaton).
When they know about the Kryptonian are visiting in Earth, Barry Allen find for Clark Kent (Superman) and the whole Justice League for battle with General Zod. Both Barry Allen and Batman find for Clark Kent and they go to Russia where Clark Kent arrested by a mafia gang and they never get Clark Kent there, for exchange they find out Kara Zor-El (Supergirl). Both Barry Allen with Batman and Supergirl fight with the hole mafia gang and save each others and leave from there. When Supergirl know about the Kryptonian are visiting in Earth, with Batman and both Flash she go for battle with General Zod and the Kryptonians.

Batman dies in The Flash
Michael Keaton's Batman dies during the battle with General Zod and the Kryptonians. How Batman died change the moment by Barry Allen changes in each new attempt, but the final death of Batman was taking on Kryptonian Juggernaut Nam-Ek in battle. Even Batman was manages to knock out the Juggernaut Nam-Ek by using a series of Bat-bombs, and the elderly Batman dies in The Flash's arms with his massive injuries. Both Barry Allen try their best to save The Batman many times, but they fail again and again and they can't save Batman.

Supergirl dies in The Flash
Kara Zor-El (Supergirl) takes on the fate of her cousin Kal-El (Superman). The genetic carrier of the Kryptonian, making her target of General Zod's invasion in Earth. Like Batman, Supergirl dies when she battle against General Zod and the Kryptonians. The two versions of Barry Allen try their best to save The Supergirl, but it seems like Supergirl's fate is sealed.

Dark Flash and Young Barry dies
The battle of The Flash sees Younger Barry go mad for losing his friends Batman and Supergirl. Younger Barry runs loop of the battle so many times and The Dark Flash originally knocked out the Older Barry from speed force into the Flashpoint reality. The Dark Flash wants to kill Older Barry for fix everything. When Dark Flash attack on Older Barry the Younger Barry came front over Older Barry and the Younger Barry get massive injury by Dark Flash and died. When Young Barry dies, The Dark Flash disappear.

Nora Allen's death (Again)
The last part was most heartbreaking climax from the movie. For fix everything Barry Allen need to left his mother die. Barry was returning to the moment in the past for save his mother life, but he don't do that he left his mother for die, and we can expect that will happen again.
